  • Emergency First Response (EFR)

The Emergency First Response course is a basic training course covering primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid). It is a medically based course designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge to provide ongoing care to a patient if you are the first person on the scene of an accident until paramedics arrive. The EFR course is ideal for anyone interested in being prepared to act in emergencies, whether in everyday life or in contexts like scuba diving.

Participants gain knowledge that can save lives and improve safety in their environment.

The course covers CPR for adults, first aid, care for children and infants, and practical simulations allowing you to apply what you learnt in realistic situations.
Upon completion, participants receive a recognised certification validating their training in first aid and CPR.

DURATION:

The course takes 6-8 hours , 1-2 days  to complete

  • Designed for anyone (EFR meets all scuba course requirements).
